Mortgage finance is a major item for most people and needs to be handled on a personal basis. We provide this service by visiting clients in their homes so that the key requirements can be discussed face to face. We usually spend time getting to know our clients, to gain an understanding of individual circumstances. Then we carry out extensive research to find the most suitable and competitive solution available on the market.

Selecting and arranging a suitable mortgage is a very onerous task. Our service takes on the many activities required throughout the entire process leaving our clients free to focus on the advice and on making the key decisions.

The reason for this high level service is that most of our clients are very busy people. They are more than happy to hand things over to an expert to minimise their own involvement while ensuring they are getting the best products and support available.

Our service normally involves 3 meetings that last on average an hour each, (see the diagram below). The first meeting is free and is to get to know each other, assess your goals and collect some information.

We then take normally 2 to 3 days for the research before calling you with the details of the solution we have found. The second meeting is only booked if you are happy with the solution and wish to proceed. Preparations for this meeting are time consuming so it is important to have agreement before hand.

At the second meeting we present the proposal in a binder that helps keep all your documents organised, (see picture below). We then complete the mortgage application and collect supporting documents. Our business terms are signed and the commitment fee collected. Also at this meeting we discuss insurance requirements and additional options.

The final meeting normally takes place just after the mortgage offer is received. At this meeting we return the documents collected and help complete any outstanding paperwork for the solicitor. We also complete any insurance applications required.

The case will then go on to completion while we keep you informed all the way. We will chase the solicitor, check that the figures are correct and ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

We don't stop working for you just because the case has completed. We are always here for any queries you might have over the following years.
