To allow us to remain impartial and have access to the whole market, we do charge a fee for our services as follows:-

• At the second meeting a commitment fee is payable currently £145, usually by cheque.


• The balance of our fee is often included within the mortgage figures the typical average fee is £950 but can range from £400 to £2000. This depends on the size of the mortgage and the lender used.


• If a procuration fee is received from the lender then it is shared with the client and thus used to reduce the clients fee.
